(1) In accordance with the order given by the Labor Office in accordance with Section 17, if the relevant establishment does not make the necessary arrangements, the Labor Office shall send a written notice to the relevant agency to suspend the facilities provided to such establishment for a specified period according to the prevailing law.
(2) If the labor office receives a written notice from the labor office in accordance with sub-section (1) in relation to an establishment, the relevant body shall suspend the facility of such establishment and inform the labor office thereof.
